I hereby renew my appeal for Norwegian protection, sent on April 23, 2004, to the then Prime Minister Kjell Magne Bondevik.

I have been the victim of severe violations of my human rights and international law, in the form of kidnapping from Britain/Italy in 1986, 11 !/2 years in strict isolation, no parole after 2/3rds time, no full release after having served the full sentence of 18 years, presently unlawful retention in Israel since April 2004 with multiple restrictions that are clear violations of the right every citizen has to speak, assemble and engage in the general debate on political matters.

The violations are conspicuous and manifest and expose me to serious harm to life and health, in addition to a very serious deprivation of the right to free movement and other rights and freedoms under the Covenant on Civil and Political rights. It is not acceptable to watch that clear violations of my human and other rights are broken every day and presume that what is manifestly and obviously happening shall not happen.

I urgently appeal to Norway to offer me Asylum and possibility to enjoy and start my new life in Norway, with the possibility to enjoy the invitations to come to the University of Tromsoe, the city of Kristiansand and meet with my many friends in Norway.

Sincerely yours,
Vanunu Mordechai J C.
